Cancellation And Refund

Refund Terms:

  1. If the paid account has not been used at all due to any reason, or any problem from website.
  2. There is no refund as the member has willingly registered and paid as payment for services only not for any product.

Grievance Redressal

In case of any concern regarding a possible misuse, you may follow the below mentioned steps to register a complaint:

- Go to the concerned profile and report misuse against the profile
- The complaint would be acted upon by our Safety Desk
- An email would be sent to your registered email address about the receipt of the complaint and the action taken
- You can then always use the Ticket ID and reach out to our grievance officer S.K. Biswal by writing to  sukantbishwal@gmail.com for any escalations.
